...con't

beautiful tokyo view from mori tower

...modern art in Tokyo!

Modern art is hit or miss for me but this weekend some friends and I went to the Modern Art Museum in Mori Towers in Roppongi and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly :)
We went to see Odani Motohiko's Phantom Limb; an exhibition that included his works from the years 1997-2010.
His juxtaposing of the beautiful vs the ugly, the ephemeral vs the constant and freedom vs constriction makes for endless interesting and eye-catching sculptures. They are definitely a breech from the ordinary but that is what I was drawn to. Enjoy!

Saturday was full of fun. Along with a great dinner at the Grand Hyatt's Oak Room in Roppongi, I was lucky enough to be in the company of some fun and amazing people.
